Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of your items we do not accept returns. Once fired in the kiln and collected your items are yours to keep. 

Pottery can be unpredictable in the kiln and unfortunately accidents can happen during firing. Wherever possible we will do our best to fix any issues. If this is not possible we will offer for you to return and repaint your item or to paint another item of the same value.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your pottery upon collection and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
Deposits are non refundable within 48 hours of your session. Wherever possible we will transfer your deposit to another date and time if you are unable to attend. Please contact the studio to rearrange your booking as soon as you are able.
